Fear, Anxiety, Worry, and Doubt… They don’t have to hold you back from growing your business.

I know, I know… we hear advice like, “Keep plugging away at your business and one day you’ll get the results you want.”

While persistence IS essential, it’s not enough on it’s own. I know that, and if you’re reading this I know that YOU know that, too. These four bad boys (unaffectionately called, “The F.A.W.D. SQUAD”) are serious about crushing any potential that you — or your business — may have.

I’m going to share three methods with you about finding the way up and out of the grasp of fear and worry. These methods are going to revolutionize the way you approach your business each day. You’ll discover a path for consistent growth from this day forward.

I’m Dave Charbonneau. I’m an action & accountability expert who has spent 28 years learning and implementing both personal development and business growth strategies. That led me to create GetResultsClub, a company that hosts professional accountability groups for small business owners. All this, and YES, I still face the ugly F.A.W.D. SQUAD from time to time. But I don’t allow it to hold me (or my business) hostage!

Power In Simplicity…

The solutions I’m going to share with you came to my attention in a simple way. I was taking a short walk down the street near where I live. I was with my children on a beautiful spring day. The sky was blue, the clouds puffy white and the trees were in full bloom. The thought hit me… ‘Whether I walk down this road feeling bold and taking large strides, or feeling anxiety or worry — just slumping over and shuffling along, the road is the same.

The same thing holds true for each day of our lives. Each morning holds the same, perfect day ahead of us. Whether we’re feeling bold or we’re feeling scared, the day is the same. So if the day is the same and the only difference in how we approach each day is our own perspective or our feelings, why not take courage?

Of course, that would be a naive approach if I just left it there, wouldn’t it? Great, I know I need to take courage… but immediately the question comes up, HOW do I take courage? I’ll talk about this HOW stuff, but let’s not discount this first part. Once you’ve agreed that you need to take courage, you’re already on a better path than when you were simply stuck in fear.

Now that we know we need to take courage, I want spend the rest of our time together talking about ideas or methods on how to be courageous, despite the F.A.W.D. SQUAD.

So what?

Now that we know we need to take courage, I want spend the rest of our time together talking about ideas or methods on how to be courageous, despite the F.A.W.D. SQUAD.

So what’s this way up and out of the grasp of fear? Here’s what works for me. Not only does it work for me, it works every time I use it. And it fails me only when I fail to remember it. The secret is having a simple yet powerful GAME PLAN at the ready.

Yup, it’s having a plan of action prepared BEFORE you experience the next bout of doubt or fear or anxiety. A plan of action that will immediately put you in the driver’s seat. In the past you may have felt overwhelmed with too many directions to consider. Or underwhelmed and not feeling like taking any action whatsoever. Or, at times, you’re just plain stuck.

Right about now you may be thinking, that you’ve struggled with anxiety or fear for a long time now. Perhaps worry or doubt has been a daily battle for you. What can I say that would change anything?

I’ve been in your shoes. I’ve had fear and anxiety, worry and doubt. They’ve held me back for years. But I’m telling you, you can get a new pair of shoes! I’m going to share three methods that work as my plan of action. These methods are what worked for me after a big crash and burn of a former business. They’re what’s allowed me to get back up, stay on a good, productive path, and kept moving forward. And if they’ll work for me, my bet is that they’ll work for you, too.
